Holocaust survivor Ben Fainer was imprisoned at the age of twelve and spent the entire war in Nazi concentration camps. After losing his mother, three siblings, and over 250 other relatives, Ben was liberated by an American soldier while on a final death-march. After sixty years, chance reunited Ben and his liberator. This is the incredible story of Ben’s survival and the unlikely friendship that developed from great tragedy.
